Does Namibia botch it again???

Featured Image -- 829Namibia, in an attempt to curb rhino poaching plans to remove rhino horns from live rhinos thinking that will discourage poachers as the rhino will be valueless from the poacher’s point-of-view. However, some experience has shown that the rhino with the horn removed gets shot anyway out of the frustration of the hunter tracking the beast through the bush, ofter for miles, only to find an animal with no horn.

Namibia is the country that thought it was a good idea to sell hunting permits for the very rare desert elephant population in that country. THIS IS ALL BAD STUFF!
